E-transfer Instructions: Calendar

The price is $16 per calendar (or $22 per calendar to cover shipping and handling if mailed within Canada). 

Using Etransfer: (a two-step process)

1) Send etransfer to svims.treasurer@gmail.com using password “svims”. In your etransfer notification indicate the number of calendars you are purchasing.

2) Email svims.mal6@gmail.com the following info:

Firstname Lastname
Street address
City, Province
Postal code
Any pertinent information applicable to your order e.g. contact phone #.

We will confirm order by email once payment is made.
